Congratulations on your acceptance to Milken Community School!

We look forward to having your child join us at Milken next year. At this time, we encourage you to complete your child's enrollment by the March 21 due date.
 
Here are the steps:

  • Step 1: Sign-In

    Please sign in to myMilken. If you forgot your password or are logging in for the first time, click on "first time logging in or forgot login" to have your password reset link sent to you. You can also use your own Google account to sign in to access myMilken. 
    Please note: the sign in process has an added layer of security required by Blackbaud, our student information services provider. If you have never logged in to myMilken, you should have received a notice from Blackbaud with instructions to do so.

    **For any sign in issues, please contact helpdesk@milkenschool.org.** 
  • Step 2: Review and Accept

    Once logged in, click the “Contracts” link located in the yellow bar that appears near the top of the page to open and review your contract. After you proceed to the second page, you will see your tuition assistance amount (if applicable), and be able to proceed to the signature page to then submit your contract by clicking "thank you."
  • Step 3: Sign and Submit

    Please sign and submit the enrollment agreement and make your non-refundable deposit.

    Please note: Enrollment agreements must be signed by all parents (if applicable) listed on the application.
  • Step 4: Confirm Acceptance

    Once you have submitted your enrollment agreement, please click on the "Decision" tab of your checklist and confirm your acceptance.

  • Step 5: Set Up Your FACTS Account (New Families Only)

    For new-to-Milken/non-sibling families, after your contract is finalized and the deposit is processed, you will receive an email from FACTS Tuition Management inviting you to set up your payment account and preferred payment method for the balance.

Readiness Assessments & Parent Academic Overview

Readiness assessments for incoming students will take place on Sunday, April 27 (for grades 9-10) and Sunday, May 4 (for grades 6-8). Assessments will be from 8:30AM-12:00PM. These readiness assessments are one aspect of a student’s academic profile, which also includes current academic classes and grades, teacher recommendations, and standardized test scores (if submitted). 

A link to register for assessments will be sent via email.

Parent Coffee & Academic Planning Overview
During the assessments, parents are strongly encouraged to join Milken leadership for an academic planning overview where they will learn more about elective and core class options. We will send a course request form after the assessments. 

Tiyulim/Class Trips

For the 2025-2026 school year, students will participate in the following trips/tiyulim. The cost for the grades 6, 7 and 9 trips is included in tuition. The costs for the grades 8, 10, 11 and 12 trips have been added to your FACTS account.
  • Grade 6 Shabbaton & Overnight Retreat 
  • Grade 7 Overnight Retreat 
  • Grade 8 Israel Experience
  • Grade 9 Overnight Retreat 
  • Grade 10 Israel Experience (Robin Family 10th Grade Tiyul or Tiferet Israel Fellowship)
  • Grade 11 Civil Rights Tiyul to the South
  • Grade 12 Poland/Israel Tiyul

    Due to the Purim holiday, Milken Community School is releasing decisions on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.
