Life’s Big Questions: Judaism, Positive Psychology and the Search for Meaning (All School)
6-Week session beginning March 12
For the past few years we’ve been immersed in the world of Positive Psych (PP) and Judaism, noticing remarkable connections, similarities, differences, and a number of questions have come up. In this course, we’ll be doing a deep dive into some of the biggest ideas in Judaism and Positive Psych, with the opportunity to study, debate, interpret and apply both ancient and modern wisdom into our individual lives and the lives of our families.
“Talmud Tales” (Middle School Parents & Students)

Join Rabbi Finkelstein to learn timeless stories from the Talmud and how they relate to parenting in 2020. This monthly class is a great way to meet other parents in a friendly and warm environment. No RSVP required.

Tatianna Massaro, the Middle School Director of Academic Support, presents mini-lessons and facilitates collaborative discussions between parents, designed to equip parents with tools and strategies that will provide academic and social/emotional support to their middle schoolers. Scotch and Seder (All School)
March 19 at 5:30 - 7:30PM
Join us for an evening of community, Jewish thought, steak, and whiskey. Together with Milken Rabbis, we will enjoy a whiskey tasting experience, exploring the regions of Scotland and their distilleries. Over the course of the night, we will examine the holiday of Pesach and its insights regarding parenting, leadership, and Jewish identity.
